酿酒葡萄种质资源抗葡萄霜霉病鉴定

摘  要: 【目的】明确58份酿酒葡萄品种对葡萄霜霉病的抗性,为新疆酿酒葡萄品种的引种、栽培和抗病育种提供依据。【方法】采用室内离体叶片接种法,对58份酿酒葡萄品种的抗病性进行鉴定,依据接种第7 d的病情指数和潜育期的长短,对其抗病性进行评价。【结果】58个酿酒葡萄品种分为四类,其中抗病性较强的品种16个,占27.59%;抗病性中等的品种22个,占37.93%;感病品种14个,占24.14%;易感品种6个,占10.34%。其抗病性与病害的潜育期存在一定的相关性,一般感病性越强,潜育期越短。【结论】供试58个酿酒葡萄品种均可被霜霉病菌侵染,其中抗病的有香槟、黑虎香、莱格纳、卡托巴等16个品种,中度抗病的有卡海特、黑后、黑贝蒂等22个品种,其它20个品种均为感病或高感品种。 【Objective】This study is to evaluate resistance of different wine grape cultivars to Plasmopara viticola and provide the theoretical basis for introducing varieties,cultivation and resistance breeding of wine grapes in Xinjiang.【Method】The resistance of 58 different wine grape varieties to downy mildew were identified using a leaf disk inoculation technique,and the resistance of wine grape varieties was evaluated according to disease index of seven days after inoculation and incubation period. 【Result】The results showed that 58 varieties were divided into four categories including 16 varieties( 27. 59%) with higher resistance,22 varieties( 37. 93%) with medium resistance,14 varieties( 24. 14%) with susceptible resistance,6 varieties( 10. 34%) with highest susceptible resistance via identification of resistance and cluster analyses. There was significant correlation between incubation period and disease index,and the stronger the host resistance was,the shorter incubation period would be.【Conclusion】The 58 wine grape cultivars could be infected by downy mildew. 16 varieties of Champion,Heihuxiang,Ragnar,Catawba etc. were resistant( R),22 varieties of Kaxet,Heihou,Herbert etc. were medium resistant( MR),and the other 20 varieties were susceptible or extremely susceptible.
