摘　　要： 改革开放以来,中国逐渐成为世界第二大肉鸡生产、消费、进口以及鸡肉罐头出口大国,且国内肉鸡产量、产值、存栏与出栏量逐年递增,养殖成本和价格波动较小,人均鸡肉消费量逐年上升,鸡肉及罐头长期贸易逆差而活鸡贸易较大顺差。当前肉鸡产业也面临标准化养殖程度不高、消费疲软、产能过剩、行业缺乏规划与宣传等困难。对此,本文提出相应的解决对策。 China has became the world＇s second largest production, consumption,import of broiler and export of canned chicken since the reform and opening. Furthermore, production amount, production value and output amount of domestic broiler increased year by year; the fluctuation of production cost and price were small; consumption of chicken per person increased; trade deficit of chicken and canned chicken were chronic but trade surplus of chicken was larger. Meanwhile, current broiler industry has suffered from low level of standardization of breeding, weak consumption, excess production capacity and lack of planning and publicity. Finally, corresponding solution countermeasures were put forward.
