摘 要: 利用职业成熟度理论,讨论了对高职学生的职业成熟度进行干预的必要性。通过引入专业特有维度和岗位特有维度扩充了高职学生的职业成熟度模型,建立了一种计算机专业学生的职业成熟度模型;然后,探索了利用一系列的手段和措施对上述模型实施干预。 By applying the theory of career maturity,the necessity of intervention on vocational college students' career maturity is discussed. By adding the dimension of profession and specific position,the model of vocational college students' career maturity is expanded; then the corresponding model of the computer specialty is established; finally,a series of means and measures are explored to intervene the above models.
