摘　　要： 后ECFA时代,在《海峡两岸服务贸易协议》已经签署但尚未生效实施的背景下,闽台电子商务合作先行先试的政策新优势日益凸显,快速发展的比较优势逐渐显现,但是也面临着省域间对台合作的激烈竞争和福建省电子商务影响力及发展指数偏低的挑战。与ECFA框架并行不悖,在"一带一路"总体新框架下,积极推进闽台电子商务合作具有重要的战略意义,深化和拓展闽台电子商务合作需要进一步推动产业制度合作、推进行业人才培育和突破商业模式创新。 In the Post-ECFA times,“Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement”has been signed but not yet effectively, the new policy ad-vantage of E-commerce cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan has become increasingly prominent, and the rapid development of com-parative advantage gradually emerges, but it faces the challenge of stiff competition from inter provincial cooperation with Taiwan and the low E-commerce influence and aEDI in Fujian province. Don’t conflict with the ECFA framework,promoting E-commerce Cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan under the Framework of “One Belt And One Road”has important strategic significance. This paper puts for-ward industry institutional cooperation, personnel training and business model innovation, in order to deepen and expand E-Commerce co-operation between Fujian and Taiwan.
