摘 要: 文章阐述了涂层在金属基材表面的附着理论,其中,静电吸附理论在紫外光固化涂层对金属基材表面附着的过程中起主导作用。重点分析了热——光双重固化方式、固化过程、低聚物、单体对涂层附着力的影响,引入柔性链段和极性基团的低聚物、单体,能增加涂层对金属基材表面的润湿程度,增加分子间作用力和氢键,减少涂层的体积收缩率,对提高涂层在金属基材表面的附着力有一定的帮助。 The paper discussed the mechanism of adhesion of coatings on metals, and electrostatic adsorption theory plays a leading role in the process of the adhesion of UV-curing coatings to metal substrate. The paper analyzed the effect of the heat-UV dual-cure method, the curing process, oligomers and monomers to coatings adhesion. The study indicated that flexible chain segments and polar groups was used into the oligomers and monomers, which can enhance wetting degree of coating on metal substrate surface, and strengthen the molecular inter-atomic threes and hydrogen bonding, and reduce the volume shrinkage of coating film. It is helpful to improve the coating fihn adhesion to metal substrate.
