摘　　要： 铝型材碰穿式分流模是一种常见的挤压模结构,但传统的设计是采用直面碰穿式结构,这种结构存在不足之处。介绍了一种新的斜面碰穿式结构,实践表明,采用这种模具结构,对提高挤压铝型材的品质和降低生产成本有很好的效果,是一种值得推广的模具结构。 As a common mold structure, the hollow die with a penetrating plane for alumi- num profiles is traditionally designed with a vertical plane which has defects. Thus a new structure with an angular plane was introduced. The practice shows that the new structure can improve product quality and reduce cost of aluminum extrusion profiles. It deserves promo- tion.
