摘 要: 为降低生物质燃料的应用成本,采用双超声辅助振动压缩生物质的方法,研究了压缩时间、预压力、生物质质量、生物质含水率等4个单因素对木屑压块密度的影响,并利用正交实验优化压缩工艺。结果表明,各工艺参数对压块密度的影响程度依次为压缩时间>生物质质量>预压力>生物质含水率。最合适的超声压缩工艺条件:压缩时间为50 s、预压力为0.172 MPa、生物质质量为1.0 g、生物质含水率为15%。在优化条件下,压块的密度为1.366×103kg/m3。 In order to reduce the cost of using biomass fuel,paper studied on the influencing fac- tors such as pellet time, pressure, pellet weight, moisture content on the pellet density of sawdust with the method of dual ultrasonic vibration-assisted pelleting of biomass,and optimized the pa- rameters by using the orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the order of the influencing factors was pellet time〉 pellet weight〉 pressure〉moisture content. The most suitable pellet condi- tions were as follows: the pellet time 50 s ,the pressure 0.172 MPa,the pellet weighs 1.0 g, the mois- ture content 15%. The pellet density was 1.366×10^3 kg/m^3 under the optimized conditions.
