摘 要: 以饶平香和华航31为试验材料,种子经过超声波处理后,播于含0.8%Na Cl的石英砂基质中培养,在种子萌发的过程中测定了种子的发芽率、MDA含量,以及a-淀粉酶、SOD和POD的活性,探讨在盐胁迫下超声波处理水稻种子对其萌发的影响。结果表明:在盐胁迫下,超声波处理的水稻种子发芽率均高于对照处理。其中种子饶平香和华航31均以超声波处理5 min的效果最好。超声波处理可以显著提高种子内a-淀粉酶活性,降低MDA含量,增强SOD和POD活性。 Taken rice seeds of Rao Pingxiang and Hua Hang 31 as tested materials,at first the seeds were treated by ultrasonic before sown in quartz and matrix of 0. 8 % Na Cl,and then their germination rate,MDA content,the activities of a-amylase,SOD and POD were determined during rice seeds germination. The results showed that under salt stress,the rate of rice seeds germination by ultrasonic was higher than that of control treatment,and Rao Pingxiang and Hua Hang31 by ultrasonic treatment of 5 min was the best. It was concluded that ultrasonic treatment could improve the seeds of a-amylase activity,decrease the content of MDA and enhance the activity of SOD and POD significantly.
