摘　　要： 基于奥地利学派的信息分布异质性假设和制度理论关于非正式关系是正式制度的功能性替代的观点,建立了企业高层管理者的政治关系、所处制度环境和其创业机会识别的研究框架。来自广东、重庆和陕西共324家企业的问卷调查数据显示,政治关系有效地提升了企业高管对市场环境中新机会的识别,且该影响在管制政策不确定的情境中得到进一步加强;但是,在市场法规更为有效的制度情境下,政治关系与机会识别的关系显著减弱,显示出市场化改革在制约权力寻租和经济利益转化方面的积极作用。 Why some entrepreneurs recognize more opportunities than others in transitional economies？From the perspectives of Austrian school of entrepreneurship and institutional theory,we suggest that utilizing politi- cal ties facilitates entrepreneurial opportunity recognition in transition economies through the mechanisms of ac- quiring timely or implicit institution - related information and getting valuable government officials＆#39;experiential advices. In addition,due to the potential substitutive effects between informal ties and formal institution envi- ronment,we also indicate that the political ties - opportunity recognition linkage is stronger under high level of regulative volatility,but is weaker under higher level of legal enforceability. A broad survey of 324 corporate executives across western,middle and eastern regions in China generally supported the viewpoint. Therefore this study not only highlights the crucial role of institutional perspective on social networks and opportunity rec- ognition,but also provides new empirical evidence for understanding opportunity - based entrepreneurship in transition economies.
