摘 要: 受膜片钳系统技术难度大、操作复杂等因素制约,目前大多数高校生物学科在细胞电生理实验教学领域存在空缺。阐述了为生物学科硕士研究生开设细胞电生理实验课程的必要性和可行性,以及课程具体的设置和考核方式。旨在通过开设以膜片钳技术为依托的细胞电生理实验课程,加强学生对细胞电生理理论知识的理解,提高其动手能力和创新能力。 Limited by the difficulty and complexity of patch clamp technique,the experimental courses of Cell Electrophysiology are deficient or vacant in the biology discipline of most universities at present.This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of creating Cell Electrophysiology experimental courses for biological graduate students,the specific contents and assessment methods of the courses. Creation of Cell Electrophysiology experimental courses relying on patch clamp technique can enhance students' Cell Electrophysiological theoretical knowledge and improve their practical and innovative ability.
