摘 要: 红花不仅是重要的中药材,还是理想的食用色素。随着红花产业的发展,迫切需要红花收获机械代替人工采收。在设计红花采收机械时,红花丝收获期物料特性可以为设计者提供必须的基础理论数据。由于红花在品种、土壤条件、气候及其他方面的差异,其物料特性也有较大的差别。为此,主要针对新疆广泛种植的裕民无刺红花进行收获期生物力学特性的测定与分析,获得了红花盛开后不同开花天数花丝的力学特性与形态特性参数,统计分析了花丝含水率-分离力的变化规律。结果表明:红花丝的含水率与红花丝的成熟度直接相关;而分离力和悬浮速度均与含水率相关;随着红花丝成熟度的增加,分离力和悬浮速度都在逐渐减小。 Safflower is not only important herbal medicines , but also the ideal edible pigment .since the differences of safflower in the variety , soil conditions , climate and other aspects , the material properties of safflower are also different . Safflower of yumin stingless was focused in this paper to carry out its measurement and analysis of biological characteristics of safflower , which was widely planted in Xinjiang .Determined the performance of petals in different days after safflower’ s blooming , studied the variation of moisture contentseparating force of the safflower petals , and the relationship between moisture content and surface area of safflower was analyzed .The results showed that:the moisture content , separation force and suspended speed of safflower petal are decreasing with the increase in maturity .
