摘 要: 扇贝具有很高的价值,然而扇贝加工技术的落后,阻碍了扇贝产业化的发展。分级是扇贝前处理加工的必经程序,其特殊形状导致了分级的困难,以及专用分级设备的缺乏。针对扇贝的分级需要,分析了传统分级机的特点以及不足之处,并设计了一种新型的扇贝分级机。该分级机不仅可以将大小不一的扇贝按近似直径分为若干级别,以便后续加工和销售,而且可以根据生产需要的变化或者扇贝尺寸范围的变化调节分级范围,提高分级效率和分级精度,减少无用功。该分级机不仅适用于扇贝的分级,也完全适用于其他球型物料的分级,因此具有广阔的应用前景。为此,以海湾扇贝为例,介绍了该扇贝分级机的总体结构和工作原理,并着重分析了其关键部件。 Scallop has the very high value , our country is the power of scallop culture ,but the development of the scal-lops is slow because of the backward of the processing technology of the scallops .Classification is a key program of the pretreatment processing of scallops , however the special shape of the scallop lead to the difficult of the classification and the lack of the special classification system .In view of the grading needs of scallops , this article analysis the feature and deficiency of the traditional classifiers , and design a scallops classifier .The classifier can divide the size of scallops into several grades , so that to subsequent processing and marketing .It also can adjust the gap according to the change of the material or the change of production needs , so that to improve the classification accuracy and classification efficiency , and reduce busywork .The classifier is not only suitable for scallop classification , but also completely applicable to other round material , so it has wide application prospect .This article takes bay scallops as example , introduces the general structure and the working principle of the classifier , and emphatically analyzes its key components .
