摘 要: 对耐火材料常温耐磨性测试的压缩空气加速磨料粒子冲蚀实验中实验条件的控制进行了分析,并用碳化硅制品试样进行了测试。提出了控制压缩空气流量和压力从而控制磨料粒子速度的方法。研究表明,冲蚀角、冲蚀时间和磨料粒子速度对测试结果有较大影响,模型生产的制品的原始成型面耐磨性比体内差。 The controlling of the experimental conditions for the measurement of the resistance to erosion of refractories at ambient temperature by mean of particles collision accelerated by compressed air were discussed and the measurement had been carried out on the samples of silicon nitride bonded Si C product. An approach was proposed from which the particle velocity is determined by the controlled pressure and the flow quantity of the compressed air. It is follow that the results of the measurement are dependent on the erosion angle,erosion time as well as the velocity of the erosion particles,and the resistance to erosion of the product shaped in model is lower in the surfaces than in the body.
