摘　　要： 从松节油中分离出α 蒎烯 ,在溶剂回流温度和SiO2 -Al2 O3 -FeSO4催化剂作用下合成松油烯和柠檬萜烯 ,其收率分别达 4 7%和 4 3%以上。松油烯和柠檬萜烯在Ni-Cu催化作用下 ,采用固定床积分反应器合成对异丙基甲苯 ,工艺条件为温度 30 0～ 35 0℃、压力 9～ 11kPa,对异丙基甲苯的收率达 5 6 %以上。 Pinene was separated from turpentine and treated with SiO 2-Al 2O 3-FeSO 4 catalyst to form terpinene and citrene,the yields amounting to over 47% and 43% respectively.By the action of Ni-Cu catalyst,the mixture of terpinene and citrene was converterd to p cymene in a fixed bed intergral reactor at reaction temperature of 300-500 ℃ and operating pressure of 9-11 Pa.Yield of p cymene amounted to over 56%.The catalysts were effective in both reactions.
