摘 要: 为评述有关扇形、向上及向下实心锥形等3种水幕在控制LNG蒸气云扩散中的具体作用和整体效果的研究的进展,分析国内外学者在水幕法控制液化天然气(LNG)蒸气云扩散的作用机理、现场和计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟试验等方面所做的工作。已有研究结果表明:扇形水幕的屏障作用和向上机械扰动作用较强,向上实心锥形水幕的向上机械扰动作用、稀释作用及热交换较强,向下实心锥形水幕的稀释作用和热交换较强;向上实心锥形水幕控制效果最好,扇形水幕控制效果较好,向下实心锥形控制效果最差;水幕法的主要缺点是易受环境风的干扰且热交换不足。 To review progress in studying on three common kinds of water curtains and their performances relating to controlling LNG vapor cloud dispersion, related efforts made by domestic and foreign researchers were analyzed. The results show that fiat fan spray water curtain acts stronger barrier effect and upward mechanical disturbance effect, the Ul:ward full-cone spray water curtain acts stronger upward mechanical disturbance effect, dilution effect and heat exchange, the downward full-cone spray water curtain acts stronger dilution effect and heat exchange; the controlling effect of upward full-cone spray water curtain is best, that of flat fan spray water curtain is better, that of downward full-cone spray water curtain is worst ; the main deficiencies of these water spray curtains are their susceptibility to wind and insufficient heat exchange.
