摘 要: 应用社会认知理论,揭示创新情绪、情境信心对用户创新行为的作用机制。研究结果表明,创新情绪对用户创新行为同时产生直接和间接效应,并对个体行为发挥关键引导作用。同时还研究了用户与企业创新互动过程中的信任演进机制,测量了身份信任阶段对创新情绪以及用户创新行为的直接效应,研究发现身份信任所表征的情境信心可以显著地增强用户的创新情绪并推动用户的创新行为。最后根据研究结果提出了相应的建议。 By the application of social cognitive theory, this paper sheds enlighten about the work mechanism of innovative emotion, trust takes on user innovation behavior. The result shows that, innovation emotion has a direct and indirect effect on user innovation behavior, and takes as a critical role of guiding the individual behavior. At the same time, it has researched the trust evolution mechanism, and the direct effect of identity trust to innovative emotion and user innovative behavior. It finds that trust has a positive influence on innovative emotion and user innovative behavior. In the end, it discussed the theory and practice value of our research.
