DMPP对水稻产量和氮吸收及氮利用率的影响

摘  要: 通过室外盆栽试验,研究含硝化抑制剂DMPP(3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐,3,4-dimethylpyrazolephosphate)氮肥对水稻产量、氮磷吸收及氮利用率的影响,为硝化抑制剂DMPP氮肥的推广应用提供科学依据。结果表明,DMPP氮肥处理水稻籽粒产量和普通氮肥处理间无显著差异。DMPP能提高水稻茎叶和籽粒中氮含量,DMPP氮肥处理茎叶和稻谷氮积累量比普通氮肥处理分别增加6.8%和10.7%。DMPP氮肥处理氮吸收效率和氮素收获指数比普通氮肥处理分别增加8.6%和2.9%,提高了水稻对氮素的利用效率。 To provide a scientific reference for the extensive and application of nitrogen fertilizer with a nitrification inhibitor 3, 4-dimethylpyrazolephosphate (DMPP), the effect of nitrogen fertilizer with the DMPP on rice yield, nitrogen uptake and use efficiency was investigated through this pot experiment outdoor. Results showed that there was no significant difference between the rice grain yield of DMPP nitrogen fertilizer treatment and at of common nitrogen fertilizer treatment. DMPP could improve nitrogen content in shoot and grain of rice. Compared with common nitrogen fertilizer treatment, nitrogen accumulations of shoot and grain of the DMPP nitrogen fertilizer treatment were increased by 6.8% and 10.7%, respectively. Otherwise, nitrogen uptake efficiency and nitrogen harvest index of the DMPP nitrogen fertilizer treatment were increased by 8.6% and 2.9%, respectively, as compared with the common nitrogen fertilizer treatment. The nitrogen utilization efficiency of rice could be improved by applying the nitrification inhibitor DMPP.
