摘 要: 对环糊精模拟酶β-benzyme的合成方法进行研究.以β-环糊精,2-溴苯甲醛和乙酰2,3-二氧丁酸乙酯为原料,经过五步反应合成β-benzyme,总收率为51.8%.产物及中间体经1H NMR、13C NMR、MS等表征确证. The cyclodextrins imitating enzyme β-benzyme,was synthesized from commercially low-cost β-cyclodextrin,2-bromobenzaldehyde and ethyl 2,3-dioxobutanoate.The overall yield for this five-step process reached 5 1 .8%. The structures of the intermediates and product were confirmed by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR and MS spectra.
