摘 要: 以木质素过氧化物酶活力为评价指标,研究各种因子对白腐真菌(黄孢原毛平革菌)生长及产木质素过氧化物酶(简称LiP)的影响。结果表明:①藜芦醇在质量浓度为150 mg/L、苯甲醇在质量浓度为150 mg/L、吐温80在质量浓度为7 mg/L时对白腐真菌生长及产酶促进作用最好;②Fe2+对白腐真菌生长及木质素过氧化物酶活性的影响表现为"先促进,后抑制"的作用;Cu2+对白腐真菌的生长及木质素过氧化物酶的活性的抑制作用较明显。 Taking enzyme activity as the assessment index, the effects of several factors on the characterizations of growth and the production of lign/n Peroxidase (liP) production by white rot fungi ( Phanerochaete chrysospodum) are studied in this paper. The results indicate that:①Veratryl Alcohol( 150 mg/L), Benzyl alcohol( 150 tag/L) and Tween 80(7 mg/L ) could stimulate the growth and liP by white rot fungi;②Effects ofFe2+ on activities of liP and the growth of white rot fungi show promotion first and inhibition later and Cu2 * has obvious restmining effects.
