摘　　要： 论文从体育态度、体育基本功、开展班级体育活动能力、体育特长等方面对高师四年级学生及中学教师进行抽样调查,指出高师公体教学效应存在的不足。强调教学改革应围绕教学交应这个中心环节展开。 Paper maked sample and investigation about fourth year students of higher teachers' institution and middle school teachers. On sports attitude, sports basic training, promote sports activities, sports speciality etc. To show not enough of public physical education course teaching effect in highter teachers' institution. It emphasizes teaching reform to surround the central link in teaching effect.
