摘　　要： 微格教学是训练师范生和在职教师掌握教学技能的一种方法,它是建立在视听技术基础上,以受训者掌握某一特定教学技能为目标,通过微型课的训练来形成教学技能的训练系统。本文就微格教学在物理课堂教学技能训练中的具体运用进行了研究。 The microteaching is an approach for the undergraduates at Normal college and teachers in active services to grasp teachung-skills. Based on the audiovisual technology, it is a training-system, its target is that the educatees can master special teaching skills by microlessons. The article studies the microteaching actual using in physical teaching-skills education.
