摘 要: 采用直接酯化法 ,将山梨酸与四种醇反应 ,合成了山梨酸甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、丁酯 .合成产率达到 6 0 %~ 70 % .这几种化合物均表现出良好的抗菌活性 ,与山梨酸相比较 ,可延长微生物生长适应期 8~ 2 0h 。 Methyl, ethyl, propyl and butyl sorbates were synthesized by esterification of sorbic acid with four kinds of alcohol respectively. The rate of synthesis yield was 60%~70%. The antimicrobial activity of the four synthesized compounds was tested. The results show that these compounds can prolong the lag phase by 8~20 hours and effectively reduce the biomass of microorganism.
