摘　　要： 研究了含时滞的不确定系统的输出反馈鲁棒镇定问题 ,该系统同时含有时变状态时滞和时变控制时滞 ,所构造的控制器增益矩阵包含在两个Hamiltonina矩阵中 .所给镇定的充分条件易于检测 。 The problem of rob ust output feedback stabilization for linear uncertain systems with time-varying delay has been discussed in this paper,the systems under consideration are linear systems with time-varying states and control delay,the control gain matrices obtained here are included in two Hamiltonian matrices.Its easy to check the sufficient to robustly stabilize the system,and it is easy to construct the controller.
