摘 要: 以Gleeble 1 50 0热模拟实验机得到的实验数据为基础 ,研究了3 0MnSiV在 90 0~ 1 50 0℃热变形过程中 ,变形阻力与变形温度、变形程度和应变速率之间的关系。通过非线性回归法得到 3 0MnSiV钢变形阻力的数学模型 ,并与现场实测值进行了分析比较。 On the basis of the test data obtained from Gleeble-1500 Thermal Simulator,the relationship between deformational resistance and deformational temperature and deformational degree and deformational data was studied during thermal deformation process at 990℃~1150℃ for 30MnSiV.A mathematical model for deformational resistance of 30MnSiV has been formed with nonlinear regression.
