摘　　要： 目前外源基因导入玉米受体细胞的方法很多 ,最受瞩目的是农杆菌介导法和基因枪法。就农杆菌、基因枪转化玉米的基本原理、影响转化率的因素 。 Agrobacterium and gene gun have aroused most attention among various genetic transformation methods for exogenous gene into maize. Here, the basic principle of Agrobacterium and gene gun, the factors that affect the efficiency of transformation and the latest development in maize genetic transformation are reviewed.
