摘　　要： 未来几年国家将投入大量资金进行铁路建设 ,但铁路建设项目的评价方法无论从经济还是社会角度看都存在一定的局限性。本文对此进行了探讨 ,指出了项目评价方法在铁路未来建设中将面临的挑战 。 In the years to come, our country 's investment in railway construction will be very big. But the estimation of railway projects lacks compatibility from either the economic pespective or the social perspective. The paper is intedned for a profound exploration into the problems by pointing out the challenge that the estimation of railway construction will face in the future in the hope that more attention will be given to the establishement of a more workable theoretical and methodological system.
