机床温控仪开发及控制算法研究

摘  要: 机床热态精度是实现现代高精度加工技术的关键问题。研究机床温度控制是提高和稳定机床热态精度的重要课题。作者新研制的以单片机为核心的机床温控仪,具有成本低、功能多、抗干扰能力强的特点,且易实现不同控制算法。结合高精度机床温度监控试验,作者提出了变增益双模控制算法,克服了参数不易调定的困难,较好地解决了机床温度控制过程中快速稳定和超调等矛盾。 Thermal accuracy of machine tools is a key technique for attaininghigh working accuracy.Variation of inside heat sources always be accompani-ed with the variation of temperature field and successively with the variationof thermal displacement.Especially,the relative displacement between cuttingtool and workpiece may decrease the working accuracy of the machine tool.Therefore,research of controlling machine tool temperature is an important pr-oblem.This paper introduces a new instrument on the basis of MCS-51 familyof single chip microcomputers with its principal hardware and software desi-gn.The features of this instrument are low cost,multi ruction and strongability to resist interference.It can accept different control algorithms.After comparison between several kinds of control methods by computer simu-lation and experimental research,we establish a new control algorithm whichis so called the VGDMC (variation gain double mode control).This algorithmincludes variation ON-OFF control and variation gain fuzzy control.The mainidea of the VGDMC algorithm is that which imitate men's control experience,select control mode and determine compensating heat power according to thevalue of deviation (e) and its time rate (è) somewhat similar to feedback c-ontrol.When compensating heat source be utilized to control thermal deform-ation of machine tool,VGDMC algorithm can well resolve the contradiction offast stabilization and overcontrol,and can surmount the difficulty of adjust-ting parameters.Experimental results which apply this device for controlling the temperatu-re of a precision machine tool are offered.By estimation the transient timeinterval of temperature rise be reduced 64% and the corresponding reductionof time interval of thermal displacement be 74%.Subsquently both the temp-erature and the displacement be controlled almost constant in following pro-cess.The result shows that variation gain fuzzy control in machine tool tem-perature controlling is successfully efficient,not only suitable for linear sy-stem but
