摘 要: 根据汽车热交换器用铝合金复合箔的生产过程中热轧焊合和冷轧所要求的不同变形条件 ,设计了不同的变形温度、应变、应变速率 ,进行热轧过程的模拟实验 ,分析了在不同热变形条件下的变形抗力及典型变形状态的显微组织 。 According to different deformation conditions of hot rolling and cold rolling requirements in working process of composite aluminium alloy foils for manufacturing of automotive heat exchanger,the authors design the simulation experiments of hot rolling process at different deformation temperatures,strain,and strain rates,analyze the deformation resistance and microstructure under typical deformation states,and put forward the best process which can improve the properties of aluminium alloy cladding foils.
