摘　　要： 文章从山水城市的理念出发 ,阐述了如何将山水城市理念应用到住宅的开发中 ,提出了住宅开发应与生态景观、区域文化相结合 ,与科技同步发展 ,重视绿色材料的使用 。 This paper discusses how to apply the theory of landscape city to the real estate development and proposes that ecological landscape should be in harmony with local culture, and that the application of advanced technology should result in the use of green building materials. Furthermore, the paper points out that great importance must be attached to cultural environment as well as natural environment in real estate development.
