摘　　要： 对离散制造业中新产品开发的组织、管理模式及其系统方法和技术研究方面已取得的成果进行了综述 ,并建议结合过程工业的特点 ,借鉴离散工业的新产品开发研究成果 。 In this paper,the organizing and management architecture and systematic methodology for new product development (NPD) in discrete manufacturing system are reviewed.With the characteristics of process industry considered,the prospect of systematic methodology of NPD and its application in process industry are proposed on the basis of its application fruits in discrete manufacturing system.
