摘　　要： 通过毛细现象制备苯端基十二硅烷齐聚物 (PhMS1 2 )薄膜 ,发现该薄膜在室温下具有分子链垂直于衬底的层状结构排列方式。极化偏光显微镜照片显示PhMS1 2薄膜具有均匀畴区 ,平均线度达到几百微米。极化吸收光谱证明畴区内这种有序的分子排列导致分子面取向具有相同趋势 ,差热分析证明PhMS1 2在 1 2 6～ 1 3 3℃之间呈现液晶性 ,进一步分析表明这种高温状态呈现的液晶性使分子产生有序排列 ,这种有序排列能够从液晶态保持到晶态。 Films of 1,12-dodecasilane with phenyl end groups (PhMS12) prepared by capillary-filling method possess multi-layer structure in which main chains are normal to the substrate. Polarizing microscope image shows that the films have relatively large domain size exceeding 100μm. Orientations of main chain and molecular plane with all-trans planar conformations are ordered, which were confirmed by polarized absorption spectra and X-ray diffraction pattern. The ordered film structure is due to the liquid crystal property of PhMS12 material.
