摘　　要： 双边带调幅广播与通信有近百年历史 ,但这种调幅方式的一大缺点是效率很低 .本文提出一种调相调幅方法 ,使得调幅波上边带被抑制 ,从而获得效率高、而又包络无失真的兼容式单边带调幅波 . The disadvantage of AM broadcasting lies in its low efficiency. To solve the problem the Phase_Amplitude Modulation method is proposed. The proposed method can suppress the upper sideband of AM wave and produce the undistorted envelope of AM wave,i.e. CSSB(compalible single sideband)wave. Hence, better efficiency is achieved
