摘　　要： 具体分析高校女教师事业心理类型 ,分别从社会、家庭、个体等方面分析困扰高校女教师心理的诸因素 。 On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the psychological conditions of college female teachers' devotion to their work,this article classifies the female teachers' psychological conditions in their devotion to work.It also analyses the factors that distract college female teachers as far as the society,family and individual are concerned and thus suggesting the ways to deal with the situation and improve their psychological conditions.
