摘　　要： 简要介绍国内外隔热车发展的现状 ,分析运输市场对铁路冷藏运输的新要求 ,比较各种冷藏运输工具的技术经济特性 ,论述发展隔热车的意义。同时 ,分析适宜隔热车运输的货源货流特点及隔热车的运用管理模式。指出发展隔热车是我国当前易腐货物运输专用工具的首选方案 ,并建议立项开展隔热车的试制与试验研究。 The current development situations of insulated car at home and abroad are introduced briefly in this paper. The new requirements of transport market to railway refrigerated transport are analyzed. Based on the comparisons to the economic and technical characteristics of various refrigerated transport cars, the significance of developing railway insulated car is expounded. And at the basis of analyses to the features of perishable goods and its freight flow, insulated car is considered as the best choice for developing railway special transport car for perishable goods at present. Some suggestions of carrying out the experiment and research on insulated car are put forward here.
