摘 要: 通过室内外试验 ,分析了植物保护剂保卫德 (BIOACT- T35 )对黄曲条跳甲 [Phyllotreta striolata(F.) ]的种群控制作用 ,并利用生命表技术分析其生态学机理。结果表明 ,对成虫显著的忌避作用和拒食作用是其对种群控制的主要机理。保卫德 10 .0 0 ml· L- 1对成虫的忌避率为 91.4 2 % ,其选择性和非选择性拒食率分别为93.5 4 %和 85 .79% ,种群趋势指数由对照的 3.86 80降为 0 .36 76 ,干扰作用控制指数为 0 .0 95 Based on the idea of life table, the effect and the ecological controlling mechanism of plant protector BIOACT\|T35 against striped flea beetle (SFB) [Phyllotreta striolata (F.)] were investigated in both laboratory and field.Results showed that the BIOACT\|T35 strongly deterred the adult from laying eggs and significantly inhibited larval feeding on the plant with it.When 10 00 ml·L -1 of BIOACT\|T35 was applied,91 42% of the adults of SFB was kept away from the host plant, and selective and no\|selective antifeedant rates of adults were 93 54% and 85 79% respectively. The index of population trend of SFB decrease from 3 8680 to 0 3676 in the control. The interference index of population control was 0 095.
