摘 要: 提出了对组分密度差别较大合金进行电磁 机械复合场处理来获得常规铸锭均匀凝固组织的新工艺 ,研究了电磁 机械复合场处理对Al 2 0Sn合金常规铸锭凝固组织的影响 ,并进行了理论分析 .研究结果表明 ,在固液二相区内 ,处理温度越低 ,常规铸锭垂直方向上不同部位凝固组织的差异越小 . A new technology for homogeneous solidified structure of conventional casting ingot of different-density alloys treated with an electromagnetic-mechanical field was presented. The effect of electromagnetic-mechanical field on solidified structure of conventional casting ingot of Al-20Sn alloy was studied, and the theoretical analysis was conducted. The results showed that: at the semi-solid range, the lower the treating temperature, the smaller the difference of solidified structure at different positions of the conventional casting ingot.
