摘　　要： 文中扼要介绍了激光飞行时间测距的若干关键技术研究进展。主要包括 :脉冲激光测距的时间间隔测量技术和时刻鉴别技术 ,激光相位测距的相位调制技术及其调制噪声问题 。 The development of Laser Time of Flight(TOF) distance measurement technology is introduced briefly in the paper.The techniques include time interval measurement and timing discrimination techniques in pulsed laser distance measurement,phase modulation technique and its noise in laser AMCW distance measurement,FMCW and laser diode self mixing interference distance measurement technique.
