摘　　要： 在讨论光学层析成像系统基本结构和原理的基础上 ,分析了光学层析成像技术国内外发展现状、趋势及要解决的关键技术 ,并给出了几种典型的基于光学层析成像技术和互相关分析技术结合的阵列传感器空间布置、讨论了空间传感器结构、分辨率及灵敏场分布之间的关系。 A detailed and comprehensive review of the optical process tomography techniques is presented and the current state of knowledge and experience, future developments and possible trends in this area are included, and the space collocation of the optical array sensor is disussed.
