摘 要: 本文通过不同生态条件下大豆不同轮作方式的定位试验 ,研究了重迎茬对大豆的蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和二者总量的影响。结果表明 ,在不同试验点 ,迎茬对蛋白质含量及蛋白脂肪总量的影响没有规律性。迎茬大豆的脂肪含量略有增加 ,并且不同迎茬轮作方式的影响幅度不同。重茬大豆的蛋白质含量有所增加 ,并且增加幅度随着重茬年限增长而加大。在短期内 (重茬 2年 ) ,重茬对脂肪含量的影响没有规律性 ,在重茬 3年以后 ,重茬使脂肪含量降低 ,并且降低幅度随重茬年份增长而加大。重茬使蛋白质与脂肪总量增加 ,增加幅度随重茬年份增长而加大 (重茬 2年以后 )。 The field experiments which included different rotations were conducted in different ecological condition (Heihe and Hailun) to study the effects of soybean cropping of continuous and alternating with another crop on the content of protein, oil and the total content of protein & oil. The results showed that in different experiment sites the effect of alternating cropping with another crop on the content of protein and the total of protein & oil was irregular. The soybean cropping of alternating with another crop entanced the content of oil slightly, and the increasing extents of different rotation pattern were different. In a short period (about 2 years) the effect of continuos cropping on the content of oil was not regular. The continuous soybean cropping increased the content of protein and the increased extent turnde bigger as years of continuous cropping extended. After 3 years the content of oil went lower by soybean continuos cropping, and the decreasing extent increased with the years of continuous cropping extending. The soybean continuos cropping increased the total of protein & oil and the entent grow as years of continuos cropping extended(after 2years of soybean continuous cropping).
