摘　　要： 银行业的并购向来以其规模、影响巨大而备受瞩目，尤其跨国界、跨行业兼并、收购的涌现。规模经济性是银行并购的重要动因，而这一动因源于其自身具有的先天条件。资金实力薄弱、竞争力小的我国银行业在这一趋势和效应下，寻求战略联盟、加强国际合作以及推动并购重组将是其重要抉择。 Banking M&A of has been all along the focus of attention for its large scale and profounel effect, the emergence of international and inter-industry M&A. Economics of scale motivates banking M&A, and this effect comes from the bank's own advantages. In this trend and effect,having little capital and weak competitive power, our banks should construct strategy union,strengthen intemational cooperation and adopt M&A.
