摘　　要： 需求侧管理在节能和降低损耗以及减少环境污染方面有很好的成效。为此 ,综述了近几年来国内和国外需求侧管理技术应用的现状和介绍了现有的部分研究成果 ,并指出了在我国实施需求侧管理项目过程中所遇到的机制障碍。结论中针对中国的国情 ,对需求侧管理技术在中国的开展进行了展望 。 Demand Side Management (DSM) has got some very good results on energy saving, energy efficiency and environment protection. This paper summarizes the present situation of the application of DSM at home and broad in recent years. It also provides the finds in DSM studies. Then it shows the main obstacles to the application of DSM in China. In the conclusion, the paper prospects the application of DSM according to the situation of China and gives some solutions to get over the obstacles.
