摘 要: 比较了Zr-Nb合金与Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe及Zr-4合金的耐腐蚀性,讨论了Nb对Zr-Nb合金在不同介质中耐腐蚀性的影响。实验证明Nb的腐蚀产物可以部分溶解于LiOH水溶液中,因而Zr-Nb合金在LiOH水溶液中腐蚀时,合金中β-Nb第二相腐蚀后生成的腐蚀产物会部分溶解于LiOH水溶液,在氧化膜中形成孔洞,从而导致Zr-Nb合金在LiOH水溶液中的耐腐蚀性变差。 The corrosion resistance of Zr -Nb alloys are compared with Zr -Sn-Nb-Feand Zr -4al-loys,and the effect of Nb alloying element on corrosion resistance of Zr -Nb alloys in different media is discussed.The results show that niobium oxide is partly soluble in the LiOH aqueous solution,therefor when Zr -Nb alloy is corroded in the LiOH aqueous solution,the corrosion products ofβ-Nb second phases in the alloy can be partly dissolved in the LiOH aqueous solution to form pores in the zirconium oxide films and lead the worse corrosion resistance of Zr -Nb alloy in lithium hydroxide aqueous solution.
