摘　　要： 回顾ERP技术在国内外发展及应用概况 ,指出未来的ERP将是集管理、技术和信息为一体的协作商务系统。对于具有大批量连续性生产的过程工业企业 ,在过程系统技术与管理的综合集成的理论方法指导下 ,利用过程系统的结构模型 ,提出过程工业企业新一代ERP的结构模型框图 ,ERP分别与企业管理 (EM)、供应链管理(SCM)以及客户关系管理 (CRM)的综合集成 ,把企业和生产制造、营销活动以及客户利益紧密联系到一起 ,迅速提高企业整体的效率和经济效益。针对ERP实施成功率低的现实 。 The research and practice about implements of ERP in industry are reviewed.It is pointed out that the future tendency of ERP is cooperation commerce.Based on the theory of metasynthesis of technology and management for process systems,the novel model of ERP of process system is put forward.As for the ERP model of a certain process enterprise,it means the metasynthesis with the integration of enterprise management(EM),supply chain management(SCM) and client relation management(CRM).The paper concludes that ERP is the tool for integrated process systems to stay competitive and customer oriented for all organizations.Taking into the low success ratio of the implementation of ERP projects,the paper brings forward a new approach and a flow process diagram.
