摘　　要： 调查了不同的低温处理和乙烯利浓度对药百合生长发育的影响。结果表明 ,在用 2 0 mg· L- 1 浓度的乙烯利处理鳞茎后 ,配合 5～ 8℃的温度 2 8d可缩短发芽日数、到花日数 ,增加了花蕾数。 In this paper, effects of different low temperature and concentration of ethrel (2 chloroethyl pbosphonic acid) on growth and development of L.spciosum Thunb were investigated. It was shown that soaking bulb of ethrel at 20 mg·L -1 shortened germination and flowering days, and increased quantity of bud and leaf, and number of height of L.speciosum Thunb at 5-8℃ for 28 days.
