摘 要: 在 35 3K的乙酰胺_尿素_NaBr熔体中 ,Ni(Ⅱ )一步不可逆还原为Ni,测得α为 0 18和D为 1.44× 10 - 6cm2 ·s- 1 。Tb(Ⅲ )不能单独还原为Tb ,但是可以被Ni(Ⅱ )诱导共沉积。由恒电势电解法得到非晶态的Tb_Ni合金膜。铽的质量分数随着阴极电势的负移和Tb(Ⅲ ) Ni(Ⅱ )摩尔比增大而增大。铽的质量分数可达 84.32 % Electroreduction of Ni(Ⅱ) to Ni in acetamide-urea-NaBr melt at 353 K is irreversible in one step. The α and D were determined as 0.18 and 1.44×10 -6 cm 2·s -1. Tb(Ⅲ) is not reduced to Tb alone,but can be inductively codepositly with Ni(Ⅱ). The content of terbium increases with the shifting the cathode potential to negative direction and the increasing of molar ratio Tb(Ⅲ)/Ni(Ⅱ) .The mass fraction of terbium in deposit reaches 84.32%.The Tb-Ni film alloys electrodeposit is amorphous.
