摘　　要： 柔性滚动轴承的失效是谐波齿轮传动的主要失效形式之一,润滑状态对滚动轴承工作性能有很大的影响。本文研制了谐波齿轮传动润滑试验台和金属接触时间比率的测量电路,在真实工作条件下对柔性滚动轴承的润滑状态进行了测量。“浮起转速”可以作为分析滚动轴承润滑状态的一个重要参数。 The failure of flesible rolling element bearing is one of the major factors influencing the life of harmonic drive.Lubrication condition has a strong influence on the performance of rolling bearings.In this paper,a new test apparatus has been designed to undertake the experiments, and an electric circuit was invetigated for measuring the metallic contact time fractions.The lubrioation condition of flexible rolling bearing was measured in actual working condition.“Lift-off speed”can be a important parameter in analyzing lubrication condition of rolling element bearings.
