摘　　要： 中国和日本分别是亚洲最大的发展中国家和发达国家 ,东盟是亚洲最大的区域性国际组织 ,三方的发展与合作对维护亚太地区的安全和稳定起着至关重要的作用。 2 1世纪初 ,在国际政治格局多极化与全球化发展的趋势下 ,中日关系在“和平与发展的友好合作伙伴关系”的框架下稳步前进 ,中国与东盟建立了“面向 2 1世纪的睦邻互信伙伴关系” ,日本谋求与东盟建立“跨世纪的深远关系”。 China is the largest developing country in Asia, Japan is the largest developed country in Asia, and ASEAN is the most influential international organization in this region. Obviously their trilateral collaboration and cooperation can be a vital factor in maintaining security in the Asia\|Pacific area. In the early years of the 21 st century under the circumstances of polarization and globalization of international politics, relationship between China and Japan has made steady progress in maintaining a relationship of “friendly partners in peaceful development”. In addition, China has established with ASEAN countries a “good\|neighborly trusting partnership in the face the 21 st century”. Likewise, Japan also attempts to seek “profound and lasting cross\|century relationship” with ASEAN. This article, therefore, is meant to explore the trilateral interactive relationships among China, Japan and ASEAN from the perspectives of politics and security.
