摘 要: 比较了溶媒法制备芭蕉芋羧甲基淀粉的工艺,采用先碱化后醚化流加反应物工艺技术,可得到高取代度高粘度的芭蕉芋羧甲基淀粉,并对影响羧甲基化的工艺参数进行了讨论。 Carboxymethyl starch with high degree of substitution and high viscosity was made from Canna starch by different process . The influence of reaction conditions were studied and the optimum process conditions were obtained.
