摘　　要： 介绍模具厂实施项目负责制与并行工程的经验 ,研究在模具设计中应用模块化设计方法所遇到的问题并提出了解决对策 。 Introduced the experience of applying the project responsibility system and concurrent engineering in one big mould factory,studied the difficulty of die design during applying modular design method and put forward some measures,produced a method to develop a intelligent modular CAD system.This measures have reduced the construction cycle of mould obviously.
