摘　　要： 提出了一种用电火花加工法抛光CVD金刚石膜的新工艺 ,并对其加工去除机理进行了初步探讨。实验表明 ,不同的涂覆金属都对蚀除过程产生影响 ,加工中材料表面的石墨化是金刚石膜得以去除的重要因素。 A new technology used for polishing CVD diamond films by EDM method is put forward and its removal mechanism is dealt with. Experiments show that the different coated metal has an effect on the removal processing and the surface graphitization of diamond film in machining is an important factor that the diamond can be processed by EDM method.
